Qualifications

• EMT certificate and IV therapy certification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year healthcare experience (prehospital, ED or patient care).

Responsibilities

• Communicates with RN and Physician about patient observations to aid treatment.
• Performs IV insertion, splinting, wound care, and related tasks as directed.
• Delivers person-centered care with empathy within the care team.
• Documents all tasks and observations promptly in the patient chart.
• Demonstrates effective safety practices and clinical standards.
• Collaborates with medicine, nursing, and other professionals on care plans.
