Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for a Critical Care Step Down Unit in Ohio. You will provide patient-centered care for complex conditions, perform central line care, and interpret EKGs, with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program degree, Ohio RN license, BLS due within 90 days, ACLS within 6 months, and at least 1 year of RN experience for PRN roles; BSN and Magnet-recognized certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio (active).
• BLS certification obtained within 90 days; ACLS within 6 months; at least 1 year RN experience for PRN.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for patients with CHF, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis.
• Utilize EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing assistants, interns, providers, and therapy staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
