Responsibilities

• Performs patient safety initiatives throughout the procedural process.
• Assesses critically ill patients and conducts standard screenings.
• Documents changes in patient condition and evaluates care effectiveness.
• Uses barcode scanning and safe medication practices.
• Educates patients and families about care plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation for quality and continuity of care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
