Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an RN for an intensive care unit role at the Mary Brigh 7DE (MB7DE) unit. You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning for diverse thoracic, vascular, and surgical patients.

This position offers leadership opportunities, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a pathway through the Nurse Residency program for new graduates. TN sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year RN experience required.
• Current RN license; BLS required for 90 days post start date; state requirements apply.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee nursing care for assigned patients.
• Educate patients and families, provide discharge planning and guidance.
• Support transitions of care across the continuum and care teams.
• Demonstrate leadership, participate in quality improvement and committees as needed.
