Riverside Health System in Newport News, VA seeks an experienced RN for Critical Care to assess patients, prioritize interventions, document care, and support rapid response events. You will work with nurses, physicians, and other teams to ensure safe, age-appropriate care.

Responsibilities include using EMR data to monitor sepsis trends, participate in rapid response codes, and educate staff on early deterioration identification and core measures.

Formación

• RN with critical care experience and appropriate licensure.
• Ability to lead rapid response and code events.
• Experience with sepsis screening and elevated risk patient identification.

• Act as clinical expert during rapid responses and codes.
• Provide patient care assessment, prioritization, and interventions.
• Utilize EMR data analytics for sepsis trends and alerts.
