Joseph's University Medical Center. Nurses provide comprehensive care, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and uphold hospital standards on a high-acuity unit. Applicants should have a RN license in New Jersey, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred), and complete department orientations with BLS within a year.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Nursing Process and clinical reasoning.
• Understanding of nursing theories and principles.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
