Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or eNLC multistate license.
• Temporary or Graduate RN permit if required by the state board.
• Temporary permits are state-limited; permanent license within 90 days after graduation.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for inpatients using the nursing process.
• Deliver direct patient care within a designated shift and assess patient needs.
• Apply competent clinical knowledge, make independent judgments, and delegate tasks as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient status, update care plans, and ensure patient safety during care delivery.
