Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma Nursing, Bachelor's preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required upon hire.
• RN license (single state or compact).

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation; evaluation) in clinical care with evidence-based practice and effective partnerships.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care addressing age, gender, disease with cultural awareness.
• Documents care and collaborates with the team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
