Job summary

Southeast Health in Alabama is seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse for night shift in the Intensive Care Unit (NCCU, CVICU, CCU). You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across age groups from infant to geriatric in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state.
• ACLS and BLS completed or within 3 months of hire.
• Stroke certification and Critical Care knowledge.
• Experience using Windows-based computer software.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in Critical Care (NCCU, CVICU, CCU).
• Active participation in care of critically ill patients across age groups and adherence to hospital policies.
• Supports the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and department.
