Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team.

You will provide high-acuity bedside care, perform comprehensive assessments, monitor hemodynamics, titrate vasoactive infusions, manage ventilator care, and collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary staff. Ideal candidates hold current RN licensure and demonstrate strong critical care judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to educate patients and families about care

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong critical care assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience or competence with hemodynamic monitoring and vasoactive infusions.
• Ability to manage ventilator-related care.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments.
• Provide hemodynamic monitoring and adjust vasoactive drips as ordered.
• Manage ventilator care and related patient support.
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in quality/process improvement.
