Job summary

Mercy in Ferguson, Missouri is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care on the Medical-Surgical ICU on a PRN basis, applying the nursing process and ensuring confidentiality and patient rights. Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license required in the hiring state and/or with compact licensure in which duties are performed.
• 2+ years ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
