The program is full-time, competency-based and designed to advance clinical competence through education, experience and empowerment, bridging the preparation to practice gap for new grads and early-career nurses. Interns will receive dedicated education, supervision and hands-on training in critical care settings, with clinical preceptorship and seminars.

Qualifications

• Nursing students with prospective graduation dates eligible to sit for NCLEX and obtain licensure before start of Internship
• Experienced RNs with less than 1 year of experience in the specialty they are applying to.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to critically ill patients through the nursing process and documents outcomes.
• Collaborates with care teams to maintain professional nursing standards.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to Service Excellence standards.
• Supports transition from novice to advanced beginner through supervision and education.
