Qualifications

• RN must have active license and nursing degree.
• ACLS, BLS and NCI certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered by providers.
• Document care accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
