Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in the Duluth, GA area. Requires ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license. ICU experience and ACLS are preferred.

You will monitor critically ill patients, manage life-support systems, and collaborate with the care team to implement plans. The role offers full-time options and comprehensive benefits. Shift types include day, night, and mid shifts; compensation ranges from $63,000 to $100,000 per year, with 401K, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

• Must have ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients who are critically ill or unstable.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient's condition and care plan.
