Incredible Health in Hackensack, NJ is hiring a RN - Critical Care to provide high-level care for critically ill patients across day, night, and mid shifts. The role requires an active RN license and ICU experience; ACLS is a plus.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage life-support systems, and participate in rapid responses. Salary ranges from $70,920 to $117,990 per year, with benefits including healthcare, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and care for critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient's condition and care plan.
