Job summary

SSM Health’s St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool.

The role provides direct nursing care in the critical care setting and requires applying evidence-based practices to patient care plans in collaboration with an interprofessional team. The position is a Regular, Full Time Day Shift with responsibilities including nursing assessment, care planning, and execution across diverse critical care scenarios.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• BLS HealthCare Provider certification
• 2 years of Critical Care experience

Responsibilities

• Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to increase quality of care and quality of life for the patient, family, and significant other(s).
• Establishes effective relationships and serves as an advocate with the patient, family, and significant other(s).
• Uses the nursing process to develop and implement the plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Develops assessment and management strategies across physical, functional, cultural, social, and spiritual dimensions.
