Responsibilities

• Provide expert patient care in a Critical Care setting, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Perform thorough assessments and implement care plans according to clinical standards.
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) training program within the first year.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and adjust care plans for critically ill patients.
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control.
