Qualifications
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire
- Previous acute care experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- The RN develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare's mission and values
- Provision of care includes direct care along with delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
- Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, and contributes to quality of care while developing clinical expertise per specialty
