Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies.
• Engage in unit-based education and quality improvement.

Education

ADN or Diploma in Nursing

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

MSN (Master's in Nursing)

State license to practice nursing
