SnapCare is seeking an experienced RN for a Day shift in the Adult ICU at a major university hospital in NY. Placement based on experience; includes every-other weekend and some holidays.

You must hold a NY RN license and BLS, with 1.5+ years in acute care. EPIC EMR experience preferred; trauma center experience highly desired.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision in a Level 1/2 trauma center environment.

Competenze

• Current New York State RN license required.
• BLS certification required and must maintain recertification.
• 1.5+ years of recent acute care experience within past 2 years.
• Experience in Adult ICU and Level 1/2 trauma center preferred.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and care with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance, drug screen, and background check.
• No active license suspensions or prior liability claims.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients in a high-acuity environment.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR and ensure patient safety.
