Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. The role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and inter-professional teams to deliver safe, high-quality care across diverse settings.

You will participate in education of patients and families, use health IT tools, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives within hospital and practice settings.

Qualifications

• Uses the nursing process to address the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients.
• Integrates Evidence-Based Practice and clinical expertise in care for diverse patients.
• Collaborates with patients and families and care partners in planning and delivering care.
• Follows established nursing practices and protocols to minimize risk.
