Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• State RN licensure upon hire (or equivalent).
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required.
• Minimum one year of critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Serve as patient advocate and coordinate with care teams.
• Assist physicians with procedures and emergent interventions.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and patient education.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac rhythms and ACLS protocols.
