Job summary

Trinity Employment seeks a compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Tulsa, OK to assess, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for patients across critical and non-critical units.

You will collaborate with physicians and nurses, manage ventilator support, provide medications and airway therapies, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Current Oklahoma RCP license or provisional license.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT).
• BLS certification within two months of hire.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans for patients across all ages.
• Administer therapies including nebulized meds, oxygen, aerosols, and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage ventilation, ventilator setup, and monitor patient response.
• Assist with intubation, bronchoscopy, suctioning, and airway management.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on treatment plans.
• Provide education to patients and families about therapies and equipment.
• Mentor new staff and support team development.
