Job summary

Huckeye Health Services LLC seeks a Respiratory Therapist to assess and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions, administer therapies, and provide oxygen and aerosol treatments. Requires an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy and an active RRT license in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy – required.
• North Carolina RRT license – required.
• Ability to work in emergency/high-acuity settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered.
• Provide oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and other respiratory interventions.
• Monitor and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment as appropriate.
• Evaluate patients’ responses to treatment and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and assist with emergency and critical-care situations.
