Job summary

Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess patients and develop treatment plans with providers. The role includes emergency care such as assisting with intubations, rapid responses, C-sections, and trauma response. In critical care, you will manage ventilation, arterial sampling, lines, overnight oximetry, and bronchoscopies.

Outpatient duties include pulmonary function testing and lab rotation. Requirements include an A.S.

Qualifications

• A.S. degree in Respiratory Care from an AHA accredited program.
• CRT (RRT preferred).
• Current New Hampshire license.
• BLS.
• ACLS.
• NRP within 1 year of hire.
• PALS preferred.
• Experience in EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans with the provider.
• Provide emergency care including assisting with intubations and rapid responses/codes.
• Manage critical care duties: mechanical ventilation, arterial sampling, lines, oximetry, bronchoscopies.
• In outpatient settings, perform pulmonary function testing and rotate through the lab as needed.
