Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas in Mandan, ND is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team on a full-time night shift. This role supports patient care and uses advanced respiratory therapy equipment to aid recovery in a fast-paced hospital setting.

A $20K sign-on bonus is offered, and Vibra's Clinical Career Ladder provides pay increases after completing Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program required.
• Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS within six months of hire.
• 1 year critical care and/or artificial airway and ventilator care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Working knowledge of computer software used in job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, quality patient care within department policy.
• Set up, operate and maintain respiratory care equipment.
• Perform equipment maintenance, changes, and inventory.
• Support duties as required by department.
