Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT or RCP
• 0–2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a positive environment

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collaborate on care planning
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and conduct airway procedures
• Educate patients, families, and staff while supporting team development
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards
