Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent required.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS required upon hire.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy including ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Assess patients, interpret waveforms, and analyze arterial blood gases.
• Educate patients, families, and students; mentor staff and students.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols.
