Wellstar Health System is seeking a Respiratory Therapist II to deliver complex patient care in high-acuity units. You will administer therapies, manage ventilators, and educate patients and staff in collaboration with the care team.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, teamwork, and adherence to safety and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment. On-site day shifts are typical within Georgia facilities.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy required/preferred.
• NBRC-RRT certification required.
• RCP – Respiratory Care Professional certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred; instructor variants acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care in complex, critical care settings.
• Administers aerosolized meds, bronchial hygiene, oxygen and gas therapy.
• Performs ventilator management and weaning; airway management as needed.
• Conducts patient education and mentors staff and students.
• Ensures safety, documentation, and adherence to policies.
