• 0–2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Administer aerosolized medications and bronchial hygiene.
• Ventilator management, weaning, and airway care.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis.
• Educate patients and mentor new staff.
• Collaborate with health care team to plan patient care and ensure safety.
• Comply with WellStar Health System policies and standards.
