Job summary

Memorial Health System seeks a licensed Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care in a busy environment. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and implement therapies with ongoing evaluation to meet clinical goals.

The role includes handling invasive and noninvasive ventilation, ABG analysis, and participating in rapid response situations as part of the ED team. Ohio licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/NRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist licensed by the Ohio Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Professional.
• Active BLS certification; ACLS/NRP preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop respiratory care plans.
• Initiate, monitor, and evaluate therapies and adjust plans for best outcomes.
• Perform ABG sampling, analysis, and quality control with documentation.
