Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ respiratory status and effectiveness of treatments
• Administer, titrate, and adjust respiratory therapies based on clinical findings
• Manage and monitor ventilators and related respiratory support
• Collaborate with pulmonologists, intensivists, and advanced practitioners on care planning
• Document care accurately and maintain appropriate clinical records
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and self-care
