Job summary

Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Resource Team on day shift. Working hours are 0630 to 1900, with a bi-weekly schedule of 72 hours.

New RN graduates or RNs in good standing with AR licensure are welcome. BSN preferred. Applies basic nursing knowledge, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and provides safe, compassionate patient care with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• AR RN license in good standing in Arkansas; BSN preferred.
• Applies basic nursing knowledge to meet standard of care.
• Works as a partner on an interdisciplinary team; CPR training provided; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking within the care team.
