ICC Healthcare is seeking a critical care PA to join their ICU programs in the Tampa market, supporting HCA Florida Brandon, South Shore, and HCA Florida South Tampa hospitals. This full-time role offers a mix of day and night shifts with 12-hour blocks and autonomy to perform procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MDs and APPs in a high-volume ICU.
• Adhere to block scheduling with 12-hour shifts.

Job Summary:

ICC Healthcare is seeking a critical care PA to join their busy and growing ICU programs in the Tampa Market to support HCA Florida Brandon, HCA Florida South Shore, and HCA Florida South Tampa.

Qualified Candidates

• Must be PA; this position cannot accept any other PA specialties

• Only experienced ICU APP candidates can be considered

• Full Time, mix of day shifts and night shifts

• 12-hour shifts, block scheduling

• APPs perform their own procedures including arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, bronchs, intubation and vent management

• Ability to cover at 3 HCA facilities within the Tampa area: Brandon, South Shore, and South Tampa hospitals

  • HCA Brandon: 2 MDs and 1 APP during the day (7a-7p) and 1 MD at night (7p-7a)

  • HCA South Shore: 1 MD (7a-1p) and 1 APP (7a-7p) during the day and 1 APP at night (7p-7a) with remote MD backup

  • HCA South Tampa: 1 MD (1p-7p) and 1 APP during the day (7a-7p) and 1 APP at Night (7p-7a) with remote MD backup
