Qualifikationen

• Current NC pharmacist license in good standing
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required
• Credentialing and privileging required

Aufgaben

• Oversee pharmaceutical care and evaluate literature to design therapy regimens
• Counsel patients and caregivers on therapy, adverse effects, and proper use
• Review medication orders and prescriptions for safety and accuracy
• Support medication safety and quality improvement activities
• Collaborate to manage formulary adherence and access non-formulary meds
• Precept and mentor pharmacy students and residents
