Job summary

Vibra Healthcare in Taylor, MI is seeking Patient Care Technicians to join our fast-paced hospital team. You will perform technical, multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN/LPN, helping patients and families in a supportive setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an approved nursing assistant or PCT program, and current BLS certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant or PCT program or hospital PCT training.
Current BLS certification (Vibra-approved).

Responsibilities

Technical, multi-skilled direct and indirect patient care activities under the supervision of an RN/LPN/LVN who delegates tasks based on patient needs and PCT/PCA skills and abilities. Reports deviations from expected patient parameters to the registered nurse. Practices basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake. Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
