Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
State Paramedic License with Critical Care Certification required.
State Driver’s License required.
BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications required.
Driving record must meet company policy.

Responsibilities

Assess each call situation to determine best course of action with progressive Paramedic protocols.
Utilize Critical Care & Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures to provide advanced medical care.
Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance.
Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management.
Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and community relations.
