Job summary

Green Bay ER & Hospital seeks a licensed EMT-Paramedic for a full-time role in De Pere, Wisconsin. The EMT-Paramedic will be responsible for patient care, monitoring vital signs, and observing patients for physical, mental, or emotional conditions during an 11:00–23:00 shift.

The position requires at least one year of critical care experience and a current EMT-Paramedic license, with PALS/ACLS and CPR (BLS) certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of Critical Care experience.
• Licensed EMT-Paramedic license current and in good standing.
• PALS/ACLS.
• Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Takes delegation from the primary RN or physician on duty.
• IV placement.
• Operate lab equipment and perform point of care testing and quality controls.
• Coordinates the patient workflow and manages priorities with minimal supervision.
• Observes patients for condition change and reports observations to the licensed nurse.
• Administers medications as prescribed and performs required procedures.
• Monitor and restock supplies; placement of splints; maintain certifications.
