Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's with master's in a related field.
- Two years of nursing experience.
- Current Ohio RN license.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and orientation of new staff; competency management; education and professional development.
- Collaborative partnerships; research and evidence-based practice; quality improvement.
- Support implementation of new products, processes and clinical practices across the enterprise.
