Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• RN license current.
• Critical Care nursing experience required.
• RN certification in a relevant specialty required within six months of hire.
• Previous education, precepting, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate Critical Care nursing staff.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Develop and update educational materials and learning resources.
• Mentor and support new graduate nurses and staff members.
• Round on the units to provide bedside education and clinical support.
• Assist with implementation of new policies, procedures, and equipment.
• Support go-live initiatives and department education projects.
• Collaborate with nurse leaders and educators across the health system.
