Salinas Valley Health Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to develop competent caregivers and support safe patient care. The role combines educator, consultant, and practitioner duties within the Education Department to guide staff, implement education plans, and ensure ongoing professional development.

Requirements include a BSN, California RN license, BLS, and a minimum of two years as a clinical RN; a Master’s in Nursing is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current California RN license is required.
• Two years of clinical RN experience are required.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required.
• ANCC Magnet Certification eligibility must be maintained or achieved.
• Pharmacology test must be completed by new hires/transfers."
