Job summary

Swedish Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or ARNP) to join the Critical Care team to support the APC program at Swedish First Hill and Cherry Hill campuses in Seattle, Washington.

This full-time role provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and management of critically ill patients, collaborating closely with critical care physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care, and performing inpatient procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Board certificated Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
• 2+ years critical care experience as NP/PA required.
• Active Washington license and DEA registration.
• Active ACLS/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills for critically ill patients.
• Willingness to adapt to a growing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and management of critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with critical care physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform inpatient procedures within training and scope.
