Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Martin Health in Stuart, FL seeks a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Intensivist team in the Critical Care Nights III role. You will deliver high-quality inpatient care in collaboration with hospitalists, specialists and nursing staff, supporting health promotion and acute care diagnosis and treatment.

The APRN/PA will work under established protocols, provide daily exams, document in EMR, and participate in quality improvement while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida.
• National certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs).
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Inpatient/hospital medicine experience preferred, new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for acutely ill adults.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and initiate therapies.
• Document care in the EMR and communicate with the care team.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including hospitalists, specialists and nursing staff.
