Job summary

ICC Healthcare is seeking a critical care NP/PA to join their busy ICU programs in the Tampa Market to support HCA Florida Brandon, HCA Florida South Shore, and HCA Florida South Tampa.

The ideal candidate is ACNP trained or a PA with ICU experience, capable of 12-hour shifts and procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, bronchs, intubation, and vent management. Travel between three facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Must be ACNP trained or PA; this position cannot accept any other NP specialties.
• Only experienced ICU APP candidates can be considered.
• 12-hour shifts, block scheduling.
• APPs perform their own procedures including arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, bronchs, intubation and vent management.
• Ability to cover at 3 HCA facilities within the Tampa area: Brandon, South Shore, and South Tampa hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care support in busy ICU programs across multiple Tampa-area facilities.
• Independently perform procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes and intubation.
• Collaborate with MDs and APPs to manage complex ventilator cases and patient care.
• Participate in block scheduling with day and night shifts.
