The role involves providing holistic, high-quality care to critically ill patients in an inpatient critical care unit, with responsibilities for diagnosis, treatment, and coordination with consultants.

Full-time position in Manchester, CT, with support from intensivists and access to advanced clinical tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• Training: Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
• Experience: 1+ years as an advanced practice provider in a critical care setting. Neurocritical care experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
• Develop plans for further evaluation and consult with physicians and care team members.
• Provide appropriate treatment within the scope of practice and refer when outside of scope.
