Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise, Idaho, invites an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join its Critical Care service. You will work with ICU physicians to deliver high-level, independent care for critically ill patients, including intubations, line placements, and chest tube procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration, rounds, and triage decisions within a large multi-specialty group. Requirements include an Idaho NP/PA license and DEA/CS registration.

Competenze

• Ability to care for adolescents (>18), adults and geriatric patients.
• Provide accurate reports to physicians and coordinate admissions.
• Conduct H&Ps, triage and decision making in collaboration with physicians.

Mansioni

• ICU admission assessments and discharges.
• Perform procedures including intubation, line placements (central/arterial), chest tube placements.
• Coordinate rounds, transfers and follow-up consultations.
• Support ICU medical director and attending physicians to ensure appropriate care.
