Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the adult Critical Care team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and deliver expert care with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts NP license
• ACNP/AGACNP preferred or related specialty
• Board certification by ANCC or AANP
• Acute Care/Critical Care clinical experience required
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver expert care with a high degree of autonomy in ICU settings
• Engage in education, quality improvement, and leadership initiatives
