Bayview Physicians Group in Coastal Virginia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Critical Care Physician to join our night-coverage team. The role focuses on comprehensive ICU care within a multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
• Experience in ICU management and invasive procedures preferred.
• Able to work nocturnist night shifts in inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care management for ICU patients.
• Perform histories, exams, and develop care plans.
• Manage patients with life-threatening conditions including respiratory failure and sepsis.
• Oversee ICU procedures such as central line placement and intubation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
