Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician for locum tenens support in Utah. Schedule is 7a-7p or 7p-7a, in an inpatient ICU setting, with procedures including airway management and central/arterial lines. Credentialing typically takes 45–60 days.

Board certified with ACLS and DEA license, and an active Utah license are required. AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice coverage and takes care of travel and lodging logistics for contractor providers, offering a dedicated team

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient critical care in the ICU setting.

This facility is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Practice Setting: Inpatient ICU (Critical Care)
• Type of cases and required procedures:Common Critical Care procedures-- airway management, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheter, paracentesis, thoracentesis, bronchoscopy, and chest tube insertion at a minimum
• Credentialing timeframe:45-60 days
• Certifications required: Must be Board Certified, must have Critical Care experience, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
• Licensure required:Must have an active Utah license
