AMN Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage in Houston. The ICU has 24 beds with 2 physicians in the day and 1 at night; shifts are 6:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00. Board certification in Critical Care and ECMO certification, plus a Texas license, are required.

Credentialing takes 30–60 days. AMN Healthcare offers malpractice insurance, help with travel, lodging and transportation, and a physician mobility program to shorten start times.

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75

This facility is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am shifts
• Job Setting: 24 intensive care unit beds
• Types of Cases: 2 physicians in house during the day and 1 physician in house at night
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
• Board Certification and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) Certification required
• Must have Texas license
